gentle juicing technologies.
Producing more juice with a higher
nutritional content compared to other juicers, Green Star Juice Extractors
feature a quiet, low 110-RPM speed heavy duty Twin Gear impeller press system
that reduces the heat, friction and oxidation that can occur with other
juicers, so that even the most fragile nutrients are retained. In addition, all four models eject pulp
automatically and are designed for quiet operation.

the juicing process, which is released as pulp is ejected from the unit. If the gears were entirely of stainless
steel, excess strain on the motor could reduce the motor’s lifespan or even
cause it to burn out.”

Most competitive juice extractors have dual
gears with flat teeth, resulting in less efficient handling of harder
vegetables as well as more strain on the motor. Green Star Juice
Extractors have special pocket recesses to aid in processing hard
vegetables like carrots by creating a sharper edge at the initial grinding
phase of the juicing process, thereby reducing the strain exerted by the motor
when processing harder produce. In addition, Green Star’s Twin Gears
have cutting points allowing it to handle a wider variety of produce

most other juicers, the gears would become tangled or clogged when processing

Since different types of produce require
different amounts of pressure within the juicing chamber to be efficiently
processed, Green Star’s special pressure adjustment mechanism,
lets you adjust the amount of pressure without having to stop juicing, allowing
use of a wide variety of produce in one session for maximum convenience. Other dual-gear juicers do not have this
pressure adjustment feature and tend to back-up or clog when juicing certain
varieties of produce.
Green Star’s magnetic and bioceramic technology presents yet another
distinctive advantage over other dual-gear juicing systems, enabling users to
extract juice of higher nutritional content.
Magnets create a focused magnetic field, rearranging water clusters and
latching on to more valuable vitamins, minerals and other nutrients during the
juice extracting process. Bioceramic materials inside the Twin Gears utilize
kinetic energy of the turning gears to emit far-infrared – the wavelength at
which water and all organic material naturally oscillates. This stabilizes the
juice by delaying oxidation, keeping the extracted juice fresher longer.
Independent lab tests on the juice yield from the Green Star have concluded
that the juice coming from the Green Star’s Twin Gear juicing system was of
